Here's my second to what Derek and Bob just said. This list has been a
giant help toward my learning how to work on the Tiger. I'm always
amazed that no matter how obscure the problem is, there's someone out
there (usually a lot of people) who takes the time to offer help and
suggestions on how to get the job done. We have an amazing worldwide
group of Sunbeamers ready to help at a moment's notice. There will
always be a couple of members of the list who have an "attitude"
problem, but I bet the Tiger community is on the whole a lot more
helpful, and civil, than the rest of the unSunbeamized portion of the
world's population.
