Drmay,
Here are some thoughts.
For simplification, the difference you will get between ice water and using
water at ambient temperature isn't worth the trouble.
You may find a problem running water through a fuel injector for very long.
Do you need something as complicated? How about using a windshield washer
nozzle at a lower pressure? Then all you need to do is kill the pump with the
Hobbs
switch to stop the water flow.
