Wally,
You may, IN FACT, have the original Tiger transmission. The very first
ones off the assembly line did not have a Top Loader, but a T-10. You
did not give your VIN number, but Norman's TBON lists those cars that
came originally with the T-10. May or my not be the best (everybody has
a point of view) but may be original.
