PLEASE PLEASE read the TigersUnited about the inherent fulcrum pins
and bushings issues.  If you asking about whether you need outer sleeves
or not, you are using the wrong bushings.  The inner and outer sleeves
are an integral part of the whole bushing.  Save your life and those in
the car with you.  Redo you setup per TigersUnited.

This is another prime example of why not to buy from VC.
