| When I put a Holley 600 CFM on my F4B, I too noticed that my original throttle cable was too short. Then I noticed that the Holley had several holes in the throttle plate where the cable could attach. One of the holes is positioned just right. I enlarged the hole so the cable fit. Slipped it in and inserted the cotter pin. NO adjustment was needed. Just dumb luck I suppose. Perhaps its because I am still using the original cable, Dave Johnson |
