        There is a #10 UNF x 1" screw, 3/16 plain washer, 3/16 spring washer
and a #10 nut that pinches the split end of that arm to the shaft.   If
parts are worn you may need to file the gap on the arm so it will pinch and
grip the shaft.

How does the arm that attaches to the throttle cable
stay "fixed" to the gas pedal shaft?  I took this
thing apart 5 years ago, painted it, and now I dont
remember how to put it back together and stop the arm
from slipping on the shaft.
