When I was younger, it seemed to be widely accepted that a "Muscle car" had
to have somewhere around 1 HP for every 10 lb. of car. The Tiger is a distance
from that. Others were called "Muscle" even though they came close, but fell
a little short.

(I couldn't find the website to see what Classic Valley does and does
not consider a Muscle car, but I wonder if any mid/late 70's lumps with
less than 150hp pushing over 3500 lbs qualify. If so, I can't take
their opinion seriously.)
