Rotary lifts are an excellent product. Another alternative is Mohawk, I
hadn't heard of them until someone made a recommendation, I was planning
on buying a rotary.
I took the time while on the east coast to drive up to their NY
manufacturing facility and quite impressed with the quality
construction. I was purchasing a 2 post lift system and one of the
features that pushed me to purchase a Mohawk was their Tire Adapters.
Basically it gives you the option to pick up the car by the tires and do
your service work. This is a really nice feature for oil changes, or
suspension work when you need the suspension pre loaded. If you want to
have full access to the suspension unloaded you can remove the adapters and
use the regular lift plates.
