Tiger nuts and bolts...

I need to stock up on spare nuts, bolts, screws, washers, etc. for my new Tiger
... can anyone recommend a source that sells some good assortments of stainless
hardware for the Tiger (I am under the understanding that the Tiger typically
uses American (standard) fine-pitch threads, but they are hard to find).  

Also, do most people tend to use stainless steel or grade 8 or the like?
