Theif of Time

Waited up all night to be able to use my leap second.  It doesn't come 
around much, and it would
 have been a shame to waste it.

Seems I must have nodded off, and missed the whole thing.  Or someone 
came in, while I dozed,
 and "snatched" it.

Hope the accumulated leap seconds of all the List were captured and 
spent to better or goals.
 Mine seemed to have slipped between my toes.
