The BON shows all the pertient info as 'withheld'. NCM might know.
 
The JAL number being so far from the Rootes number would
raise my suspicion.  Those number rarely agreed but were
usually within a hundred or so.  
 
I don't think any production Tiger came with wire wheels.
Dayton Wheel and others did make wire wheels for the Tiger.
If the car has wire wheels hubs, it's not a Tiger.
 
Investigate before buying this car.  A fool and his money
are soon departed.
