Steve,

The brakes are the same for the Alpine/Tiger as for the Triumph TR-4, both
front and rear, and the same as for the Datsun (Nissan) 240Z front pads, so
they will likely continue to be available. These days it's easier to buy
stuff like this online. Dale's Restorations sells Carbon-Kevlar pads and
shoes, which I believe are made by Porterfield Brakes and Dale sells them
for about the same price.

Sunbeam Specialties sells two grades of Repco plus Mintex full metallic.

Rick doesn't list what the shoes are lined with, but if you want top
performance, go with Dale's Carbon-Kevlar shoes.

Other sources are available, for example you can get Hawk pads for the 240Z
from various online suppliers. Getting performance shoes may be a bit
harder. But why not support the home boys?
