These scammers are all very similar.  The car is overseas, but the
scammer will ship to the U.S. free of change.  

Just for fun, I've replied and said it just so happens that a business
trip is taking me to the country where the car is located.  Then I ask
for the address and a time when I can visit the car.  The scammer never
replies.
