Theo,

I've been powder coating for many years now and the luster strictly
depends on the powder and not the cure temp. You can purchase many of
the more common colors from the industrial suppliers in 10% increments
from flat to high gloss. As an example, the Eastwood Mirror Black powder
would be considered a 100% gloss finish.

Thanks,

JVP

Hi Sean,
Does the luster of a powdercoat finish depend a lot on the baking
process? It would suck if you picked a particular finish based on a
color chip and then had it not work because the powdercoater's oven was
off by 20 degrees.

Just curious,
Theo
