I'm new and thought I'd introduce myself. I've been interested in becoming a
Tiger
owner for several years but for various reasons I've not gone all the way yet.
I am looking for a car again and am located in SoCal. I've known about Alpine
conversions for several years and have recently been in contact with Norm
Miller.
He has been very helpful sharing info about the couple VIN numbers I have
managed to find for sale. Seems there are more available Algers than Tigers
which is pretty disappointing.
Last weekend there was a Vintage car show in San Diego county that I discovered
because it was listed on the CAT website. After driving 260 miles there was not
a single Tiger there. In fact only two Brit cars out of 200 or so.
I'm interested in getting involved in any Tiger activities in the LA area so I
can see some cars and meet some owners and pick their brains. Certainly
interested in any available cars in SoCal. I've been enjoying reading your list
for the last week.
