Mauro,
I think Norm will chime in if the VIN listed by the seller is known to be
attached to a conversion.
Other than that I think you're just looking at a Tiger that was refurbished
using stuff that the PO had on hand, and it would be prudent to have the car
inspected not just for authenticity but also verification of mechanical and
body integrity. The seller indicates that the car had "a lot of panels
replaced" while simultaneously listing it as a rust-free Texas car.

Based on the seller's description he's probably got a reserve of 15 or 16k on
it. If it's a real Tiger and it is structurally good then that could be a fair
price, if the Dale's front end, brakes, and driveline are all in good shape.
It's got a busted distributor cap though... not a good sign.
