Steve,

I think Jim is asking what he should paint the backs (unchromed) of the
bumpers with so the metal does not start to rust.

Jim, i would use one of the sut inihbitor paints that comes in silver (like
"kill rust" here in AU) and then put some car polish over the top of it.
