Lakewood had or has a bellhousing that is six bolt at the engine and has both 
the wide and narrow toploader tranny patterns.

Yes the 302's are 6 bolt, only the 260's and early cross over block 289's
run the 5 bolt. The problem for owners of the close ratio box is the narrow
bolt pattern top loader bellhousing. the MKII used the later style toploader
and had the 6 bolt bellhousing stock.
