Anything that catches the droplets of oil from being sucked up into the PVC 
valve would work.  The problem is the tight area in the valve cover limits 
what can be put in there.

I noticed that other cars, like a VW Beetle there is an external vent sump 
designed to catch this aerosolized oil. Would that work in this case?
