BTW, Another thing I learned from the Brits, there is no standard for =
=E2=80=9CBritish Racing Green=E2=80=9D (BRG) in the period of our =
cars=E2=80=A6 probably the same today. Look at Aston Martin=E2=80=99s =
BRG. It is a relatively light, metallic green with a hint of blue. Then =
the Lister BRG, Lotus=E2=80=99 BRG, Morgan=E2=80=99s BRG (a color match =
for John Deere tractor green), and Rootes Group=E2=80=99s Forest Green. =
They are all very different greens.

FWIW, to me, the color code *86 Foirest Green looks like someone took a =

"forest green" and dumped some milk in it. Not pretty.
I much prefer the 1971-1972 Jaguar Racing Green. To me it embodies the =
true
spirit of a British Racing Green. As it happens my street Tiger is this
color. Also, all three Sunbeam Lister Tigers are just about spot-on to =
this
color.
