Guys;

I have had two Centerforce clutch packs on my non-stock 289 block: one
after I bought it and did a mild workover of the engine, and one much
later after having the totally worn out engine completely rebuilt to a much
higher state of tune.
At the time (15 years ago for stage one build it was just the new clutch, a
new alloy rad, carb etc). 10 years later the engine was bored and stroked,
new rotating assembly,pistons,intake manifold, 4 barrel 600cfm carb,roller
hydraulic cam, roller tipped rockers, etc etc.

These excellent clutches at the time were sized according to the engine
torque. My first Centerforce clutch was good for 300 ft lbs; the second was
good for 400 ft lb. ( my engine was now showing 349ft lbs at the crank.)
Both clutches were easy on the leg - very easy to shove in the pedal.
They're smooth on the release, and could take a high rpm drag race start
very smoothly. After some 30k miles, still performing as new.

I highly recommend them.

Dave
