It will, but I think you'll still need that adaptor so that the temp.
sender bulb has something to seat on. There is no seat on the water
pump
housing, just a threaded hole. The sleeve won't help to seat it, just
hold it in place, sort of....
Ah, did the design change between the 4 and 6 cylinder? I was extrapolating
from my 4 cylinder pump, which has a tapered seat. Thanks for pointing it out!
