Thanks for your replies. Let me clarify my quandry. I'm doing a frame-up restoration and the frame is basically in good shape, but with considerable surface rust. I'm wondering what the best process is for neutralizing the rust and coating/painting the frame. Are there some space-age products out there that actually work?
