I was considering putting a new top on my 79 TR7. How hard is it? I've
rebuilt engines, installed clutches, and rebushed suspensions but I've never
tried a top or much else in the interior. I was considering the $199 top
VicBrit sells. I have to sell the car and was thinking that a new top
(versus an original 17 year old shunken one with broken zipper) might make
the sell easier. It appears to be pretty straight forward except for where
the vinyl meets the bar that latches to the windshield.

Any suggestions with regards to both "go/no go" and implementation?

Thanks,

Jim
