Bowie time and schedule?????

I just read a post that says the folks from the TRA meet in Williamsburg
Va. are planning to go to the Bowie event.  I know where the Bowie event
is being held ((Allen Pond Park)), but nothing else.  I've been unsubscribed
for the past 2 weeks, so I might have missed any chatter about this meet.

Can anyone fill me in with the starting time and perhaps a schedule???
