Thank you, Kurt, for posting that web address. You did get it right,
and the web site seems to have the *facts* about the new program.

For those of you in the Silicon Valley area, yesterday's (Sunday)
San Jose Mercury, Local section, had a good Q-and-A article about
Smog Check II.
