I have one question regarding the shock conversion. If the lever arm shock was
designed to swing in an arc, how will the tube shock react to the swing?

This weekend I received a flyer from British Parts NW regarding their IRS
TR4-6 rear tube shock conversion set. In a fax to them they say that 205
size tires are okay.

The BPNW kit includes a bracket and a gas shock per side. The one-piece
bracket bolts to the original shock mount, I believe.

Does anyone on the list have experience with this conversion?

Please let me know. Thanks. Cost for the complete kit is $135 -maybe not a
bad deal considering new/rebuilt levers.
Sincerely,
Kevin D. O'Connor
