I received a Triumph gearbox with A type overdrive today & the stamped
number on G/Box is "GR 771147"-- casting number 306812{just below the top
cover} & over drive stamped number 22/61973/ 011476. Of all the Triumph
manuals i have i cant find a Prefix number with the letters G R so what car
is this gearbox out of ??.
When did the TR6 doors have side instrusion bars fitted as standard or were
these doors just for USA market only,any info please.
