TR4 leaking fluids

I admit now that I am one of the dastardly villians that neglects to 
formally thank all who offer their kind advice... sorry to any I've 
offended, keep up the good work!

*whew* got that over with ;)

I've got 2 slow leaks under my hood (another big surprise)

The hot water valve for the heater drips, can this be rebuilt?

Also, the gasket above the glass sediment bowl appears to be leaking, 
should I buy one or make one (if I make one, what is it made of?)
Who sells this gasket (if anyone...?)
