In the latest catalog from Classic Motorbooks, they indicate that the publishing
date of Mike Cook's book is not till mid-September, which is usually a pretty
optimistic date. I am suprized that they would not take a back-order; they
usually do this for me (but I am a *regular* customer, I think I pay their
taxes!).
It is a good time to order books from Classic Motorbooks (1-800-826-6600),
because they are waiving shipping fees on all orders over $60 through till,
I think, Oct 1.
Other good sources for books (especially hard-to-find-books and out-of-print)
but expect long delivery timnes is Amazon Books (www.amazon.com).
