Try Autopower in San Diego (619/297-3300), Calif. I believe they make the
roolbars that appear in the Moss (and maybe other) catalogs.
Please note that these bars are not SCCA approved for racing, and may be
of little benefit in a "bad" rollover (as if there could be a "good" rollover :(
they do allow the top to be used, and also work with a hardtop. I had Autopower
weld in a extra diagonal and horizontal braces, then had it powdercoated.
Although I have not done it yet, excellent advice from this list strongly
suggests the use of extra plates where the bar bolts to the rear parcel shelf.
