Right after I posted that, I realized I hadn't been clear enough. You're
right, immersing it in water would discharge it very quickly. I was thinking
one thing, and saying another. I was picturing in my mind an inch or so of
water in a puddle on the floor, like one often finds in an old garage after a
heavy rain. Thanks for the clarification.
