I like this thread.
Personally, I don't believe the kidney thing either.
Think about it...who would buy them?  They are useless unless they 
are properly typed.  Anyway, how do you know the person you are taking
them from is healthy?  
I think a more significant potential problem might be corneal theft. 
They don't need to be tissue typed.
And, why isn't there sperm theft?  Ome wouldn't even need surgery for
that.
If you are going to start rumors, at least make them realistic.
