I believe that if suspension parts are not worn or bent and the alignment 
is not correct, then the frame (or mounting points on the frame) is bent. 
The only correction then is for the frame to be "pulled/bent" back to the 
correct alignment. Collision shops do this daily on uni-body cars and I'm 
sure that they used to do it when all cars had frames. You may need to be 
cautious about finding a shop that has some knowledge/experience with 
frames as opposed to uni-body. Trucks still have frames -- so maybe a 
shop that does trucks is a better choice than car shop that hasn't seen a 
frame in twenty years.
