Justin,
Screw what these people think the "Evil American Dog" will do!  The reason
you and I have to pay higher and higher insurance rates is because of people
like this!  You did get a police report.  She ran into you.  She is at
fault.  It's that simple.  If you are concerned that your insurance company
will raise your rates when someone else hits YOU, then you might want to
shop around!
Let us know what happens!
