Yep, I'm new to the list and I'm hoping that someone will be able to give me
some pointers in the direction for information concerning the following...
1. I've got about 7000ukPounds to spend on a car (savings - honest !), which
triumph should I get ? I quite like the look of the Spitfire, and probably
cheapest for me on insurance. I also like the look of the TR6 and GT6, however
what are the pro's & cons of each version of these ? & what's insurance like
on TR6 & GT6's ?
2. When I get my lovely car it will be leaded, I understand the UK govt is
pressured into banning leaded petrol by 01-jan-2000, is it worth converting the
car & what is this likely to cost ?
3. Has anyone got any reputable contacts in Triumph sales in the UK ? Where's
the best place I should be looking ?
