Scott,
I'm surprised that you have a booster, I was under the impression that they
weren't installed until late into the 72 model year, and I'm assuming by
your signature line that it's on your 70 GT6+
I can tell you that it's fairly high, a good bit higher than my
Spitfire with GT6 brakes. I don't, and never had the booster on my GT6+,
but the fact that British Leyland installed it on the later GT6's should
indicate something- I believe it's all that additional weight of the hood
and the brakes were just marginal enough with the additional weight of the
engine.
