When they demolished the factory, they should have retrieved one or more of
the superbly made Christmas Angels which were used to decorate the Trim
track. STI ALWAYS used Hark the Herald Angels Sing - talk about overkill.
Angels were made by a man who was deaf and dumb and I' ve never seen more
impressive heavenly bodies of ambla and leather. Some were animated, mostly
flapping their wings which in turn were powered by screen wiper motors. Mr
A.M. could have a few round his car(s) hanging from poles and dancing in
the wind or using the beating wings to keep cool.
