Dennis,

 I also have one of those Smiths speakers (thank you Doug) in our TR4.  You can 
hear the radio at full speed on the interstate, something the old Motorola 
speaker never could do.  Unforunately, I do not use the Smiths radio, I'm using 
a mid-60's AM/FM unit instead.  I've yet to see a Smiths radio in a US TR4.  
All the ones I've seen are Motorolas, but, I'll keep my eyes open...
