I took a quick look at the service bulletins at TriumphsOnly. These
look to be mostly late 60's onward. In fact most are in the early 70's
(the number at left is the year of publication) Saw only a couple
references to TR4's and nothing specifically to the earlier models.
Maybe what Joe has and what is available at TO would be close to a
complete set.
