Regarding the correct thread type for rack & pinion grease
nipples for Spits (and probably others), I yesterday checked out Canadian
Tire and found packages of about 5 or 6 various fittings (straight, 45
deg, 90 deg) with either 27 tpi OR 28 tpi in 1/8". Not sure if its BSP,
BSF or what.
But at $2.95 Canadian dollars for the package, should be a good
deal eh? Perhaps that should be "Canadian Tyre" to you in the UK, and
"this offer not valid in USA".
