seat foam for a 79 Spit

I'm looking for any advice concerning buying new seat foam for my Spit(who
should I buy from). Every day I find more foam bits on the carpet and the
seats just aren't that comfortable. Should I replace anything else in the
seats while I'm at it? Will I notice an improvement in the seats comfort? The
seat covers are going to be used again. I was going to have the auto
upholstery  shop replace them unless you convince me Its not that hard to do.
