Pardon the lack of actual LBC content. I just want to give you
Scions a bit of a "heads up" on a computer game I recently
purchased. I'm not sure how many of you are interested in this
sort of thing, but I'll pass it along... FYI.

The game is Grand Prix Legends and is marketed by Sierra. The
year is 1967... You get to drive Formula 1 cars that race before
the current batch of over commercialized aerodynamic monstrosities
(how about a Lotus 49, or a BRM, Brabham, Eagle T1G, Ferrari. Honda
and Cooper are represented by "ringer" cars with different names.
You drive on all the old "unimproved" Grand Prix road circuits
(Monza, Nurburgring, and Spa, Watkins Glen, Zandvoort and
        Silverstone for instance).

For my untutored eye (I'm not that seriously in to computer gaming)
The graphics are great. The cars perform (react to input) fairly
correctly. You get spring compression under braking. You can almost
feel the weight change as the back end gets loose.

I'm still getting used to "driving" and have been tearing up
"Watkins" in an advanced training car (okay, okay... it's a
Ferrari). I'll be able to tackle an actual race soon, once I'm past
the hump in the learning curve.

The graphics and annimation pushes your computer so check the game's
requirements (I'm going to have to get a better accelerator card).

I gotta recommend this one folks...

It might help you get past the winter blahs
