OK listers, which studs gets the big clamps, and which studs gets the
little ones? Stud 5 looks like it helps hold the lifting eye, and stud
8 looks like it doesn't get a clamp.

Will
Put the exhaust manifold on first and hold it temporarily with the 2 outside
nuts (5,8)
Then "offer up" (I love this little phrase) the intake manifold. I think it
helps to have the two studs that connect to the exhaust out here. When in
place the location of the "teeter toters" is pretty evident, but from memory I
will say 6 & 7 get the big clamps, 1 thru 4 get little clamps, 5 gets the
hoist bracket, and 8 gets nothing.
Hand tighten everything and then put the studs in the intake manifold from
below.
