Hey, don't cop an attitude with me. I responded on a personal level to
you with my own opinion. Trying to reattach vinyl to the board is a
project that I have never seen work. If working at Moss disqualifies me
from expressing an opinion to you, then you have the problem. Be
assured that if you called us with a problem, it would be solved. We
deal with customers every day who have attempted projects only to get
into trouble. Our tech dept is staffed by helpful and knowledgeable
people who correct problems caused by vendors who only have order takers
on the phone. Once again I say that if you want it to look right, buy
right.

Look, considering how much money I have spent on my cars, I don't find
it
unreasonable to correct things in a way that is not harmful to the
appearance of the car. If the vinyl is in good shape I see nothing
wrong
with using it to cover a material other than the press board that is
used in
the panels. It is more durable looks original - so tell me what is
wrong
with that.

People were just bragging about your customer relations, I hope this
isn't
the way respond to every one. I will have to reconsider placing orders
though Moss.
