And speaking of Phoenix:
Next month is the Second Annual British Euro Auto Tour (BEAT), a 2 day
drive from Phoenix to Flagstaff and back via a twisty and scenic route.
Open to all European cars without regard to age or country of origin,
but about 75% LBC content. Last year drew 88 entries, they expect 120+
this year.
Date is Saturday April 17 and Sunday April 18. Out-of-towners will want
to come in on Friday as the drive starts at 6:30 am sharp. Contacts on

Last year's event was great -- well-planned and perfectly executed --
drawing everything from Lotus to Rolls. Two days of driving where
virtually every car you saw was vintage European.
