Disk Brake run-out

.004" is the maximum permissible run-out on the 9" front disks of a Spitfire.  
It is probably the same for a GT6 too.  

Found it in the back of a Clymer Spitfire Owners Handbook.  It covers Mark 1, 
2, & 3 only.
It literally has everything, even some Herald 1200, 12/50 tolerances & 
dimensions.  

For instance....

Windshield Wiper Motor:
Resistance of field winding @ 20°C.  (68°F) ... 8.0 - 9.5 ohms
Resistance of armature winding @ 20°C.  (68°F) ... 0.29 - 0.352 ohms (Measured 
between                        adjacent commutation segments)
