I received a very nice aluminum radiator shroud from Good Parts
http://www.goodparts.com ). I haven't put in the car yet, but so that you
can see the quality of the item and how it is assembled I just took some
photos of it.

from the 'inside' (if you were to peer through the grille)

Richard Good uses, it requires no drilling and comes preinstalled all you do
is put in the screw.

exterior side, assembled. I haven't removed the green protective wrap yet,
so just ignore that. The only fault I can find with the product is that the
side pictured (the right side) is about an 1/8" misplaced, you can see the
slight overlap in the photo. Not a big deal, I can correct it.
Good Parts also has a stainless steel radiator shroud. $79 for the aluminum
and $119 for the stainless steel.
I believe Bob Danielson's website has a photo of the aluminum shroud
installed in his car!
I considered purchasing the plastic on sold by BritFab, but for the small
difference in price I thought that the aluminum shroud would look much
better and be more resistant to any fluids that it may come in contact with.
