I finally have my TR250 back from the body shop...I wish people would
quit running into it! This last time I was in line at the bank's ATM
machine, and the gentleman in front of me, finding that the ATM was
broken, put his pickup in reverse into the front of my car. With one of
those shells on the back with a 6-inch window he couldn't see anything
smaller than a mini-van, much less small children, dogs or Triumphs.
Ah, well. It's back! If anyone hears of a proximity warning device
applicable to TRs, please let me know.
Anyway, the car came to me from the DPO (and I do mean dreaded) with
white lenses on the front turn signals. Now, every photo I can find
looks as though those front lenses are amber. Were they amber on all
250s? Now I have clear lenses and amber bulbs.
Please advise? And thank you! (Sounds like the Mousketeers, doesn't
it?)
