Hi Dean
I had this problem recently with the spring on my 2500PI brake master
cylinder except it broke whilst in service though I only found out it was
broken when the servo decided it should be the keeper of the fluid instead
of the cylinder! Unfortunately I too could not find a replacement, there are
different sizes of spring for different bores and it may be possible to find
one for a TR from a different vehicle, the one for the Saloon is a rare
size, not used by other models. Fortunately my spring had only lost the last
turn and a half and it was possible to close the end coil and stretch the
spring to compensate. There was no way I was shelling out for a new cylinder
when the bore was perfect! Have you tried the local plumbers for the olive,
1/4 diameter gas pipe fittings are usually a good source of these things,
most good shops will sell a bag of replacement olives, if they don't then
you have to throw away the fitting!

Graham.
